Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Paige Marie, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through the booking system or directly with Paige Marie.
• A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
• Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

Age Requirement

• Clients must be 16 years or over to receive treatments. Clients under 18 may require parental or guardian consent for certain services.

Medical Information

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, skin conditions or recent procedures that may affect your treatment.
• Failure to provide accurate information may result in treatment being refused or modified for your safety.

Patch Testing

• Patch tests are required where appropriate, including for lash lifts, brow lamination and tinting services.
• Patch tests must be completed at least 24–48 hours before your appointment where required.
• If a patch test is declined, treatment may not be carried out.

Treatment Suitability

• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is considered unsafe, unsuitable or likely to produce poor results.
• A consultation may be carried out before treatment begins.

Results

• Individual results vary depending on natural lashes, nails, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
• No guarantees can be given regarding longevity if aftercare instructions are not followed.

Aftercare

• Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
• Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect the longevity of your treatment and will not be covered by any repair guarantee.

Nail Enhancements

• Nail enhancements are not indestructible and should be treated with care.
• Repairs outside the guarantee period or damage caused by misuse, accidents or picking will be chargeable.

Lash Extensions

• Infills are only available if at least 40–50% of your lash extensions remain.
• If insufficient lashes remain, a full set appointment may be required.

Allergic Reactions

• Although every precaution is taken, allergic reactions can occur unexpectedly.
• Paige Marie cannot be held responsible for reactions that develop during or after treatment where products have been used correctly and a consultation has been completed.

Personal Belongings

• Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
• Paige Marie accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

Photography

• Photographs of treatments may be taken for insurance, training or social media purposes.
• Your permission will always be requested before identifiable images are shared publicly.

Payments

• Payment is due immediately following your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before future appointments can be booked.

Right to Refuse Service

• I reserve the right to refuse treatment or future bookings where there is abusive, threatening, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour, repeated late cancellations, repeated no-shows or failure to follow salon policies.

Policy Changes

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
